The Medical Concierge
The Medical Concierge Service personalizes the hospitalization experience by surrounding the patient – and their family – with embracing support, practical guidance and complete compassion. The relationship with a personal Hospitality Coordinator/ Medical Concierge begins well before the patient arrives at the hospital, as nearly all services and amenities are arranged before arrival. Since the patient arrives at the hospital, he/she is met by the Hospitality Coordinator/ Medical Concierge who assists with the hospital check-in and any other issues while they are a patient. This personalized services experience helps ease anxieties associated with the typical hospitalization experience.
